World of Warcraft War Skirts - The Case of the Disappearing Belt

 

Why Blizzard, WHY???

I really love this belt, The Pearlescent Monarch Belt, from a set I picked up at the Trading Post a little while ago.

It's so pretty and looks gorgeous when paired with the matching wings. 

When the war skirts were released, I was super excited!
Don't get me wrong, I still love them and my girls wear them often, but it means sacrificing a belt. Belts go on the inside of war skirts!

When you have a look at the  full outfit below, you can clearly see she's wearing a belt.

Why is it inside the skirt?

Who is designing these pieces?
